The Black Hole Universe
Q. What is a black hole?
A. In this model a black hole is a virtual or dimensionless structure used to carry information. In this respect it resembles both a hard disk sector and an array as used in computer programs, as more information is added, then the array size increases. It is the information of the black-hole and not the black-hole itself that we are able to detect, just as characters within a game could only speculate on the existence of a physical hard disk.
Q. What is a micro black-hole?
A. In this model the micro black-hole is a single black hole unit (a single data address in computer terminology). An electron is a micro black-hole to which the geometrical information of the electron (referred to in the text as the electron function fe) is linked. The particle is thus a micro black-hole to which information has been added.
Q. What is a Planck black-hole?
A. See micro black-hole. The parameters of the micro black-hole are expressed in Planck units.
Q. Why the white hole twin universe?
A. This is of course a conjecture, but it both neatly illustrates the expansion model and also balances the Total Universe.
Q. Why an expanding black-hole universe?
A. It is the expansion of the universe that introduces time and the arrow of time and with it the appearance of motion and momentum, thus introducing the dimensional parameters. As noted, a contracting white-hole twin balances the Total Universe.
Q. Relativity is the mathematics of perspective?
A. We use the mathematics of perspective to project a 3-D image onto a 2-D display so that the brain can recreate the original 3-D image. In the chapter on relativity I suggest how the physical universe may be projected within the virtual universe and this process resembles perspective.
